Eligibility

• To qualify for a wholesale account, you must provide a valid Tax Identification Number (Tax ID) during the application process.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

• Kits: A minimum order quantity of 10 is required.
• Card Decks: A minimum order quantity of 10 is required.
• Please contact us if you have questions about custom or bulk orders.

 Pricing & Discounts

• Wholesale prices are exclusive of taxes and shipping fees. 
• Any changes to pricing or available discounts will be communicated to you in advance.

Payment Terms

• A full deposit is required at the time of placing your order. Once your order details are finalized, we will work with you to establish the appropriate payment structure.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 30-60 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.
• Claims for damaged products must be made within 7 days of receipt.
• Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Resale Policy

• Wholesale products must be sold at or above the suggested retail price (SRP).
• Products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy without prior written consent.

Marketing & Branding

• Any use of our brand name, logo, or images in marketing must be approved in advance.
• We can provide marketing materials upon request.

Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate your wholesale account at any time if you violate these terms.

Agreement Updates

• We may update these terms at any time. Wholesale partners will be notified of updates, and continued participation in the program constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
